Does Glyco Reset Have Caffeine? Green Tea, Guarana and the Missing Number

Quick answer

Does Glyco Reset have caffeine? The label lists green tea leaf extract and guarana seed extract, and guarana seeds contain caffeine (MSK, Guarana (About Herbs)), but the label prints no caffeine amount. MedlinePlus says up to 400 mg a day is generally not harmful for most people (MedlinePlus, Caffeine). Ask a pharmacist if you are sensitive.

A brand lifestyle picture. It says nothing about what is in the bottle or what it does.

Does Glyco Reset have caffeine?

It may. Two of the 21 blend names come from plants that contain caffeine, but the label prints no caffeine amount, so we cannot give a figure.

Guarana seed extract is the first. Sloan Kettering says guarana seeds contain caffeine (MSK, Guarana (About Herbs)). Green tea leaf extract is the second. Its caffeine is a known part of the plant (MSK, Green Tea (About Herbs)).

Because the blend is one 200 mg total with no split, the share of each name is unknown. We therefore do not call the drops low in caffeine, and we do not call them caffeine-free.

Where would a caffeine amount appear on the label?

It would appear in the Supplement Facts panel or the other-ingredients line. In what we have, neither shows a caffeine figure.

Storage, warnings and the other-ingredients list are also not in what we have. Read your own bottle for them.

Who should check with a pharmacist first?

Check first if caffeine, green tea extract or guarana could matter to you.

  • You are sensitive to caffeine, or have anxiety, trouble sleeping or a racing heart.
  • You have high blood pressure. NCCIH says green tea extract supplements can raise it (NCCIH, Green Tea).
  • You have liver disease. Green tea extract has been linked to liver injury in case reports.
  • You are pregnant or nursing, or take other stimulants.

How can you find out how much caffeine is in your bottle?

Ask the seller for the caffeine amount per dropper, in writing, and keep the answer.

Call +1 (302) 200-3480 or email [email protected] with your order ID. If the reply gives no number, treat the amount as unknown. See the green tea and guarana page for the sources.

The sales page lists three bottles at $177 and six bottles at $294. One bottle is listed as a 30-day supply at one dropper a day. Confirm the price, shipping and the guarantee at checkout.
