Glyco Reset Formula: What a Single Blend Total Tells You
The Glyco Reset formula is chromium at 0.7 mcg plus a proprietary blend of 200 mg that names 21 ingredients. A formula on this kind of label gives one total, not an amount per name. That means no one can tell how much of any plant or amino acid is in a dropper.

What is the Glyco Reset formula?
The Glyco Reset formula is two entries on the Supplement Facts panel: chromium (as chromium picolinate) at 0.7 mcg, and a proprietary blend of 200 mg.
The blend names 21 ingredients in printed order. A formula that shows only a total is common, and federal rules allow it as long as the names run in descending order by weight (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR), Supplement Facts and proprietary blends).
| Entry | Amount |
|---|---|
| Chromium (as chromium picolinate) | 0.7 mcg, 2% DV |
| Proprietary blend, 21 names | 200 mg total |
| Any single blend name | Not printed |
| Other ingredients | Not in what we have |
How much of each ingredient could the blend hold?
No one can tell from the label. The meter shows only arithmetic: what an equal share would be if some number of names split 200 mg.
The label does not say the split is equal. Treat the meter as a way to see scale, not as a fact about the drops.
How thin does a 200 mg blend spread?
21 ingredients sharing equally: about 9.5 mg each. The label does not print the split, so this is arithmetic, never the real amounts.
The label prints one total for the whole blend, 200 mg, and a list of names in printed order. Rules for proprietary blends let a label do that (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR), Supplement Facts and proprietary blends). Studied amounts of single plants are listed on the label-vs-study table. This meter only divides.
Why does a formula with no split matter?
It matters because studies use set amounts, and you cannot compare an unknown amount with a studied one.
Every blend name is below 200 mg, and many studies of plant extracts used far more. The chromium line is the exception: NIH describes trials with 1,000 mcg a day, while the label has 0.7 mcg, and later studies were inconsistent (NIH ODS, Chromium fact sheet for professionals). No trial tested this bottle.
Ask three questions of any formula: what is each amount, where is the study at that amount, and who tested the finished product? Here the answers are: not printed, none found, none found. See the proprietary blend page.
Keep taking prescribed medicine, and tell your doctor and pharmacist about this supplement (MedlinePlus, Metformin).
Is the formula enough to decide on a purchase?
It is enough to know what you are weighing. Decide with a pharmacist, not from the name.

FAQ01
Glyco Reset questions people ask
What is the Glyco Reset formula made of?
Chromium at 0.7 mcg and a 200 mg proprietary blend naming 21 ingredients, from maca root to L-carnitine. The amounts of each blend name are not printed.
Is the Glyco Reset formula secret?
The names are printed, but the individual amounts are not. That is allowed for a proprietary blend under federal labeling rules. Only the total weight is required.
Can I work out the amount of each ingredient?
No. An even split is only a thought exercise, and the label does not say the split is even. Any figure per name would be a guess.
Does a bigger blend total mean a stronger formula?
Not by itself. A total says nothing about which names make up the weight. Cheap fillers or one dominant extract can fill a total without the rest being present in useful amounts.
